Would you like to become a diver but you have limited time during your holidays?
If this is your case, Scuba Diver is for you, thus you can combine this short course with the rest of your activities while you are in Lanzarote and get your title to dive around the world.
You will get the certification “PADI Scuba Diver” that will provide you with the necessary skills and theoretical knowledge to dive in a safe and autonomous way. From the first day, you will learn how to use your equipment and you will understand the importance of the “Buddy contact procedures.

Course information
- Training part: 4 water sessions in the ocean.

What can I do with my PADI Scuba Diver Certification?
- Dive with a buddy in an autonomous way with a certified instructor.
- Dive in any diving centre around the world by showing your Certification PADI Scuba Diver.
- Dive to a depth of 12 meters.
- Continue your training as a diver, signing up for the PADI Open Water Diver.
What does the course consist of?
The confined water part consists of two sessions in which we will focus on some basic exercises every diver should master in order to dive in a safe and comfortable way. This first practice will take place in the sea in shallow waters (Max. 6 meters).

What does the exam consist of?
There are three lessons to read from the Open Water Diver manual and three content reviews.
What kind of medical certificate is needed?
The medical certificate must be signed by a doctor. If possible, try to make an appointment with a hyperbaric specialist. You can do it here in Lanzarote before you start the course. Contact us to know the details.
What does the course consist of?
The course consists of three parts: one part with confined water exercises, one part with open water training and a third part with theory.
Morning: 8:20 h.-13:30 h.
Afternoon: 15:30 h. 18:30 h. (only if you choose to do the exam on site)
What do we do in the Open Water part?
In the Open Water part we will be able to put into practice all you have previously learnt. It consists of 2 sessions, a part with exercises and a guided dive. You will feel your progress and will become more and more autonomous. You will visit Lanzarote’s diving spots while you keep learning. Your PADI instructors will supervise you at all times and they will help you improve your techniques so that you become a real “Mojo Diver”
Can I do the on-line exam at home?
Yes, definitely. With the PADI eLearning system you can do the on-line content reviews beforehand on your tablet, mobile phone or computer. You can also access your materials off-line.
This is our client’s preferred option since you will have more time free to enjoy the island while you are on Holidays.
How many hours will I have to learn for my exam?
This depends of course on each individual’s skills. However, 4 to 6 hours comprehensive reading might be a good estimation. If you decide to do the exam on site, you will have to read the manual before you start the course and complete the test after each lesson.
How can I get my PADI Open Water Diver, the world's most popular diving certification?
If you have some extra time during your stay and you wish to keep learning, you might continue towards the PADI Open Water Diver certification, getting credits for all you have already learnt. In only one day and half more, you can complete the next level for only 169€!
